Look at this great looking family! They are just perfectly adorable.
Their family session was in July and I just absolutely love the rich, vibrant colors that the summer brings. They were wanting a session that incorporated all that was Colorado since they were going to be moving away the following month. So, what is more Colorado than mountain views? Bear Creek park was just the perfect place for this!
This particular day was the only day we could do this session and the forecast called for big rain. They mentioned that this is always their luck for portrait sessions, so we changed our session to an earlier time and got some great overcast light. I'm so glad we were able to make it work and they got their family portraits in Colorado that they were really hoping for!
After their session and they received their gallery, they talked about how they loved that their personalities were captured so well which I love! I always like to start with the posed family image but then branch off in to fun and interactive activities and make sure to capture all that joy and positive energy! <3 Here are a few of my favorites from their session:
